The Vice President of Product Management, Data and AI, reports to the Chief Product Officer and maintains responsibility for their portfolio which will include multiple GHX Product lines and solutions and our overall data and AI strategy. The position is responsible for product strategy, commercial and operational roadmap execution, delivery and alignment between business strategy, engineering, operations, education, GTM and sales enablement. Areas of focus will include but not be solely limited to: Tactical and strategic solution planning (as aligned with market management); Product definition and support; Communication; overall product profitability as a function of costs to operate; M&A diligence; global platform alignment(s), and cross functional consensus building.
Key Responsibilities
Working with a broad group of stakeholders and partners (multiple GHX product pods, current and prospective customers, the executive leadership team), the Vice President of Product Management develops and leads the GHX Product Management execution. Specific responsibilities include:
Builds AI and data ecosystems, leverages AI technologies and supports the organization's vision to deliver AI-enable supply chain management platform that delivers speed, predictability, resiliency and efficiency, advancing our OneGHX strategy Strategizes and executes to rationalize/ prioritize processes for managing supply chain workflows and improving information systems indexing on time-to-market and time-to-value for our customers Guides product roadmap, engineering, operational management and GTM for delivering value with our AI and quality data initiatives Responsible for delivering of new solutions with their tech partners while keeping costs, deadlines, ethics (responsible AI and data governance) and constraints in mind. Technical and Product thought leadership on technological transformation of healthcare supply chain management leveraging AI and GenAI Develop and mentor a highly effective Product Management team Refine data strategy to accelerate processes automation (Robotic Process Automation), supply chain disruption and substitutions, forecasting and inventory management, environmental impact and sustainability, sourcing and origin of raw materials, CSR and other critical initiatives/ processes for our trading partner ecosystem Leverage GenAI with Chatbots and callbots to improve trading partner (provider and supplier) services Utilize effective change management practices to execute on the product roadmaps Leading through influence, develop effective relationships and work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute and deliver the product roadmap, and to optimize product efficiency for implementation, supportability and overall system reliability. Mentor other team members in methodologies, principles, practices, and tools, thus enforcing quality standards. Maintain product knowledge to increase efficiency in delivery of all GHX deliverables. A minimum of 15 years of Product Management experience. Experience leading Product Management initiatives around data and deep learning technologies Healthcare or supply chain/ logistic management experience with deep understanding of supply chain business and processes (order-to-invoice cycle, supply disruption, backorders management, flow and inventory optimization). Deep learning expertise, IT tools and AI/data systems is necessary (ERP, TMS, WMS, EDI, machine learning, IoT, NLP/NLU, data science...) Ability to clearly communicate; work in team environments, with minimum 8years management experience over product management teams IT software development experience managing product planning milestones from business concept through launch Competency at developing strategies and execution plans for new businesses. Proven experience utilizing effective change management practices Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional project teams Strategic planning skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and processes to achieve commitments/results. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (oral and written communication). Outstanding organizational skills, time management skills. Travel is required (approximately 50-75%)Preferred Qualifications

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
