Vice President of Quality
The Vice President of Quality serves as the executive leader of Vinfen's Quality program, driving the strategy, design, and implementation of a person-centered, data-driven, and operationally rigorous quality management model. This role collaborates across departments to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in quality outcomes for the individuals served.   The Vice President of Quality also: Stays informed of Vinfen's multi-year strategic plan, design and articulate the organization's quality strategy as a key pillar of Vinfen's mission to improve the lives of the individuals served. Builds and maintains comprehensive frameworks for Vinfen's Quality program, including identifying quality improvement domains, defining metrics with support of necessary analytics, setting performance targets, and overseeing performance improvement initiatives. Designs and developments innovative quality initiatives that advance the outcomes of people served above and beyond Vinfen's traditional programmatic goals, such as pursuing opportunities to meaningfully improve clinical results and life expectancies through wholistic care models, use of technology, and integrating with social economic support, etc. Leads the development of capacity and cadence to report on quality performance to internal and external stakeholders, including the Vinfen Board of Directors, funders/regulators, management and staff, as well as the public as appropriate. Maintains robust ongoing monitoring of quality performance, including incidents and indicators, and identifies quality-focused actions. Directs and supports Operations to carry out initiatives to improve quality and transform the delivery of services. Work in an integrated manner with the clinical and direct care teams to embody a quality-centric service model across the organization Maintains seamless collaboration with Compliance, with which Quality functions as a continuum, and Analytics and Performance Management, which provides the analytical foundation for the Quality program. Leads the development and administration of Vinfen client satisfaction surveys, including analyzing results and identifying action plans for the organization. Represents Vinfen externally at external forums, including advocating for policies that positively impact Vinfen's work and its clients served. Conducts or facilitates research initiatives to promote Vinfen's thought leadership in quality Designs and develops quality training for operational leaders, direct care workers, and other staff at Vinfen, and works with the training department to ensure that training is delivered and maintained Recruits a team of managers and/or coordinators and provide day-to-day supervision to the team.  Performs other related duties, as required.
