Direct product development initiatives with focus on FDA compliance
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Oversee sales budgets and forecasting
Collaborate with QA Management on product functionality and process capabilities
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Master's degree in Food Science
10-15 years of industry experience
Specific expertise in jams, jellies, and sauce product development
Experience with Schedule Process Authority requirements for acidified foods
Track record of successful product commercialization
Previous executive-level experience in food manufacturing
Background in both sales leadership and R&D management
