Performance Reward team is responsible for supporting the Performance Rewards strategy by providing expert advice and guidance on development, implementation, and review in the areas of Performance management, Rewards, and Benefits.

The Opportunity:

The incumbent will be responsible for working with the Heads of PR in supporting the delivery of the performance and reward (PR) strategic priorities and managing the overall PR agenda for their client groups to enable business performance.This includes providing expertise and strategic guidance on reward, performance management, executive compensation, deferred reward, global mobility, employee benefits and wellbeing to support the Bank’s strategic objectives and local business priorities.

What you’ll do:

Provide guidance, constructive challenge and technical knowledge on the full spectrum of PR mattersInterpret and advise on PR policies and provide expert guidance on all elements of PR. Where necessary, liaise with specialist colleagues to seek input on complex matters involving benefits, executive compensation, global mobility, deferred reward and wellbeingParticipates in reviewing, formulating and designing proposals for reward and benefits policies, job evaluation, market benchmarking activities and performance related incentives and programs Support the annual performance and pay review for the relevant client groupWork with internal colleagues and vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of PR initiatives, processes and products in line with business objectives Maintain specialist knowledge by keeping abreast of internal policies, competitor practice, external market developments and trends, and legislative and regulatory developmentsTranslate data and reporting into analysis by interpreting the data and providing insights
