The Vice President, Professional Services Americas is a key role to continue to drive growth for the company. Reporting to the EVP & President of Retail, the Vice President will oversee the consulting team for the Americas, manage high-level client and stakeholder relationships throughout our portfolio and spearhead business development.

Commercial & Client Responsibilities:

Responsible for retaining and growing services revenue.Cultivate business opportunitiesUtilize an extensive personal network and industry reputation to enhance deal flow for the company’s diverse service and product offerings.Enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust inbound flow and constructing an effective outbound sales structure.Spearhead organic growth through scalable client relationships.Formulate and continuously refine the commercial strategy.Build a stable client base characterized by long-standing, profitable engagements.Collaborate with the media and marketing teams to elevate the company’s brand, converting visibility into business opportunities.Maintain executive-level relationships across the client portfolio, pipeline, and broader industry sectors.Enable the Retail Platform Software and Services strategy in the AmericasAmericas Services strategy definition and execution for Platform led Software and Services offers and deliverySupporting and facilitating the sales process through Services standard offers creation for product attach Services, SOW creation, Delivery excellence, revenue and cost managementSupport the evolution to standard SaaS implementation and onboarding and moving customers from custom / bespoke development environments to our PlatformPartner with Sales, Product Management, and SW Engineering in the transformation to standard SaaS service deliverables

Delivery & Operational Duties:

Collaborate across the company to ensure the highest quality in project delivery and the overall well-being of client engagementsPropel the company to the forefront of NCR Voyix for the Retail Sector.Lead the expansion and diversification of service offerings, advancing the company’s reputation as a strategic global force.Shift client perception of the company from a hardware-centric provider to a leader in software and services.

Team Leadership:

Oversee the development and performance of Associate Partners and consulting teams.Nurture future leadership talent within the company.Foster team unity and instill a strong professional culture in collaboration with Business Unit (BU) leaders.Stimulate growth and professional development among the wider team as a key senior member.Champion personal brand growth among client and project leads within the team.Serve as an inspiring mentor and role model for the industry’s emerging talents within the company.

Strategic Contribution:

Drive the company’s expansion into new industry verticals, markets, and service opportunities.Engage with the Retail leadership team to shape overarching business strategy.Position the company’s consulting services as a premier alternative to leading technology advisory and integration firms.Collaborate with finance on developing a plan to achieve stated targets.
