RES manages approximately 2,500 properties (36 MM Sf) and supports businesses through the development and maintenance of office buildings, data centers and branches. The products and services include premises acquisition and disposal, construction (including fit outs, moves and changes), maintenance, facilities management, and utilities supply. **In this role, you’re expected to:** The Compliance Delivery Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing all aspects of the compliance delivery process, including team performance, workflow management, and strategy execution. This role is fundamental to supporting project managers across the globe by delivering **Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage a team of c.20 compliance delivery operators, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and perform at their best. + Oversee the daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. + Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. + Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and operational success. + Ensure high levels of service quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (construction, retail, FM, governance to achieve business objectives and meet company goals. + Identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of best practices. + Foster a positive team culture, ensuring clear communication, trust, and high morale. + Report operational progress to senior leadership, providing regular updates on team performance and key initiatives. + Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and staff workload to optimize team efficiency. + Handle conflict resolution, addressing team concerns, and ensuring that operational disruptions are minimized. **Experience** + Proven experience 10+ years in operations management or similar roles, with at least 3 years of team management experience. + Accounting background preferrable + Knowledgeable in end-to-end P2P Purchase Order to Payment processes + Proficient in the use of office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) + Experience working in cross-cultural global teams is an advantage **Skills / Competencies:** + Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. + Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. + Experience in process improvement and project management. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other operations management software. + Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to track and measure performance. + Excellent English written & verbal communication skills + Effective time management, documentation, and organizational skills + Action-oriented, logical with strong interpersonal skills + Analytical and organized, with attention to detail + Flexible and team-oriented, willing to learn and share experience with team members + Has a strong sense of urgency **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
