Cvent is seeking a results-oriented, highly analytic, strategic and innovative individual to lead enterprise-wide strategic projects to address corporate priorities and enhance customer experience. You will report directly to the SVP, Strategic Projects and PMO. You have the talent to engage a wide range of senior stakeholders successfully and build credible relationships with the senior leadership team. You have a bias for action and are very comfortable in ambiguity. You have an inherent ability to synthesize disparate inputs into actionable frameworks, solutions and ultimate drive to results. You will combine financial, data science, management and technical know-how to address these business issues. You are a confident and inspirational leader that consistently delivers excellence in work quality. You will dive in, hands-on and focus on execution. Strategic insight is imperative, but results are what we are after. You have deep insight into business operations and have driven strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Finance and other Shared Services, preferably in a SaaS or high growth environment. You thrive in data analysis, identifying leading benchmarks, influencing senior executives and managing successful workplans to deliver demonstrable change across the enterprise. You are passionate about continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Constantly assessing the status quo, seeing opportunities for improvement, optimization and providing constructive solutions to simplify and accelerate current initiatives and processes. In This Role, You Will: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape customer focused cross-functional priorities focused on operational efficiencies, growth acceleration and global scale Determine attractive customers segments, seek to understand customer needs and shape the Go-To-Market motion Identify initiatives to delight our customers with the goal of increasing NPS, renewal rates and annual recurring revenue per customer Drive important initiatives to completion to achieve target state and results; track, measure and report on progress to executives Build and manage a portfolio of strategic projects; formulate, define and prioritize projects based on business needs Build workplans and workload to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects; Maintain a hands-on approach to leading analysis and projects Lead, manage and coach junior members of the team; groom them for more responsibility Conduct market research to identify benchmarks and leading practices and utilize these practices to improve business operations Here's What You Need: BS in Business, Finance or Technology. MBA is strongly preferred. 15+ years of total work experience is required 7-10+ years of strategy or management consulting experience with a top tier firm is strongly preferred Strong ability to compile, analyze and present data, findings and progress in a concise manner Ability to think and pivot between strategic and tactical actions; persistent attention to detail, and ability to lead and flourish through ambiguity Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to interact effortlessly with senior leaders, junior team members, and outside professional advisors, with the ability to calibrate based on the audience Confident leading meetings with executive stakeholders, making and influencing decisions, documenting progress, and resolving issues quickly and collaboratively Experience managing and working with global virtual teams Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem solving Must be a well-balanced leader who can roll up their sleeves and focus on the detail while also grasping and supporting the big picture Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position
