Our Global Payment Solutions (GPS) Sales Manager maintains and enhances existing revenue streams and develops new revenue streams by identifying and selling innovative liquidity and cash management solutions to a defined portfolio of clients thus maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth. You will contribute to the pricing, while reviewing and negotiating the full range of cash management services together with effecting any cost reduction initiatives.
As our Vice President Senior Sales Manager you will:
Be responsible for business development from new and existing Global Banking Financial Institutions Group clients, liaising closely with Relationship Managers and collaborating with other business areas, to generate leads and respond to inward referrals domestically and from other regionsBe recognized as a Global Payment Solutions specialist with competent knowledge of relevant products and services, actively contributing to the GPS pipeline ensuring it is accurate and currentConsistently role model the Sales Manager competencies, providing guidance to and coaching other sales managers and team members where necessaryFor this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $128,100.00 and $192,200.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
