RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF.

Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.

Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.

Act as an ambassador of the risk culture.

Design the application of machine learning and AI tools to data automation projects.

Collaborate with colleagues to identify new solutions to data control issues.

Provide technical expertise supporting data analytics and automation projects, to support a global business controls team.

Liaise with various control functions in Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Human Resources to secure data, analyze current processes, identify potential improvements, develop strategies to implement change, and manage implementation.

Analyze, interpret, and report data from core business controls tools, including Alteryx and Tableau, and leverage the data to identify and drive resolution of potential issues related to gaps and discrepancies in data, and create efficiencies using automation.

Use shell scripting and Python to contribute to data automation processes.

Develop, produce, and distribute senior management reporting related to the program.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Analytics or related; and

5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related quantitative occupation.

Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$170,400.00 - $180,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
