Job Description:

The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead the transformation of our supply chain and procurement organization, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Provide strategic direction, oversee performance metrics, and implement best practices to optimize our supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to build out a modern supply chain organization, shape the future of healthcare supply chain management and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

B.S./B.A. degree in Business (or other related degree programs), MBA preferred 10-15 years supply chain and procurement experience, preferably in healthcare industry. Proven track record in delivery of complex, cross-functional supply chain and procurement initiatives on time and on budget Seasoned supply chain and procurement professional, knowledgeable in supply chain and procurement best practices Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills – multi task oriented with strong attention to detail Strong people management, development and coaching experience Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management with colleagues and key stakeholders (perceptive and adaptable) Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiating skills Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization and with suppliers to solve problems when facing evolving demands
