As a Vice President within ACH Processing, you will lead day-to-day ACH Operations and drive operational excellence in payment processing. In this strategic role, you will manage all aspects of ACH Production, overseeing operational and staff activities to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Job responsibilities

Manage day-to-day ACH operational activities to ensure strong performance, leveraging key indicators, data analytics, reporting, and operational controls.Oversee staff administrative functions and daily operations across all ACH Production areas, including Days/Evenings/Nights shifts, Preauthorized Draft Entry System (PDES), Return Items, Depository Concentration Services (DCS), Tax Payment Services, Database Maintenance, ARC Admin, and Return Item Monitoring.Manage and control file monitoring, job scheduling, file distribution, accounting, and settlement activities for ACH, DCS, PDES, and Return Items to ensure deadlines, departmental standards, and regulatory requirements are met.Supervise the review, decisioning, and processing of admin returns for clients subscribed to ARC Admin, and ensure all proof processes comply with corporate policies and accounting standards, including proper submission to the general ledger (SAP).Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure strong performance, leveraging key indicators, data analytics, reporting, and operational controls.Participate in disaster recovery planning, procedure updates, testing, and staff readiness for ACH operations.Implement procedural changes and recommend automation strategies to improve controls, maximize efficiency, and enhance service quality.Provide senior management with daily and monthly quality and volume metrics.Collaborate with GAD and internal Control groups to ensure compliance with audits, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.Foster an inclusive and engaging culture to attract, develop, and retain top, diverse talent.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading Payments, Cash, or Treasury Operations, with a focus on operational processes, controls, and problem solving.Proven people management skills, including hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.Data-driven leader able to synthesize insights and communicate effectively with senior management.Strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence cross-functional teams, drive change, and implement projects.Demonstrated ability to manage rapid change and adapt to new business initiatives.Solid business acumen and commercial market awareness.
