Job Purpose:

The VP - West Region is responsible for implementing the business strategy at the Region level and leading the business operations to achieve short and long-term financial and operational objectives. This includes transformational leadership strategy, employee engagement, driving profitability, revenue growth, productivity, and market share in alignment with DHL's vision, strategy, standards, and guidelines.

Key Tasks:

Implement the West Region level business strategy in accordance with DHL's vision, strategy, standards, and guidelinesDrive Employee Engagement initiatives throughout the RegionPlan, organize, and ensure effective management and operations of the West Region to meet set objectivesLead sales, marketing, and operations activities, and oversee accounting, purchasing, personnel, and financial functionsManage the West Region's profit and loss (P&L), cost and revenue managementMonitor the consolidated budget for the West Region and recommend corrective actions for any variancesAssess and report the performance of the West Region and recommend improvement plansIdentify growth opportunities and propose market expansion plansResolve conflicts and issues, ensuring effective execution in critical areas such as product and market strategy, business development, and investmentsAnalyze complex multi-dimensional issues and improve existing methods, techniques, and processes for greater efficiency.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in a similar roleStrong transformational leadership and people management abilitiesStrong expertise in strategy implementation, transformation, business operations, and budget managementProven track record in driving profitability, revenue growth, and market shareExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to analyze and solve complex problems.           $288,750 - $481,250 (Based on Experience)
