We are seeking a dedicated Video & Collaboration Support Specialist to support the global video conferencing and collaboration environment, specifically for company executives. Our client is standardizing on Cisco and Microsoft technologies and requires individuals with strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
+ Deliver white glove support for executives and VPs.
+ Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting support in an enterprise environment.
+ Offer technical support and troubleshooting in helpdesk or desktop support roles.
+ Manage setup and support of audio/visual/control solutions for executive meetings and events.
+ Support conference room technology and troubleshoot user issues during conferencing meetings.
+ Utilize collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Cisco WebEx.
Required Skills:
+ Proficiency in MS Teams, AV, Conferencing Services, Unified Communications, Webex, Cisco, Telepresence, Video Conferencing, Microsoft Teams, Collaboration, and Jabber.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
