Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of Investment Advisory, located in New York, New York. The role is for a Video Editor who will be instrumental in creating visual content across different platforms. The job function includes editing videos for three websites, possibly for social media, and events. Responsibilities: • Craft and edit engaging video content for various platforms. • Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom in video creation and editing. • Work on short-term projects across multiple domains. • Implement color correction techniques to ensure visual consistency and appeal. • Create animations and advertisements as part of the video content. • Collaborate closely with the team to align video content with overall brand strategy. • Handle the editing and processing of broadcast and commercials. • Stay updated with industry trends and implement them in video editing processes. • Provide creative input and suggest improvements for video content. Requirements • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom • Experience in creating and editing advertisements and commercials • Demonstrable skills in animation and broadcast • Expertise in color correction techniques • Ability to work in a fast-paced Investment Advisory environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Experience in the investment advisory industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
