Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing and Production Edit video content for various formats (short, long, social media, ads, website). Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to create polished, on-brand video content. Ensure all content aligns with brand aesthetics, voice, and guidelines. Content Development and Storytelling Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with marketing strategies and seasonal themes. Ensure that storytelling is engaging, authentic, and represents the brand/product. Platform-Specific Content Creation Edit and optimize video content tailored for specific platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and E-commerce). Stay updated on platform-specific best practices, formats, and trends to ensure maximum engagement and reach. Post-Production Management Perform color correction, sound design, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of videos. Manage the video post-production process from editing through final export, ensuring all elements are high quality and delivered on time. Product Showcasing and Brand Representation Work closely with the creatives and merchandising teams to effectively showcase products, ensuring details like color, texture, and fit are accurately represented. Align video content with brand goals, highlighting our products in a way that resonates with our target audience. Content Archiving and Organization Organize and archive footage and projects for easy retrieval and future reference. Maintain an organized library of video assets, ensuring consistency in branding across all content. Team Collaboration and Feedback Work closely with photographers, stylists, graphic designers, and social media managers to produce cohesive, integrated campaigns. Be open to feedback and revisions, ensuring all content aligns with stakeholder expectations and brand guidelines. Trend and Innovation Research Stay informed on industry trends in video, social media, fashion, and retail to keep content fresh and relevant. Explore new editing techniques, tools, and video formats to continuously improve the quality of our content.
