Cvent is looking for a talented Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist who can develop a strong narrative from script to final edit. Strong use of typography, voiceovers, music, and sound design, and editing from custom or stock footage. You will collaborate with marketers, graphic designers, video editors and other stakeholders across the organization to help bring these shared video visions to life. In This Role, You Will: Work as a key member of the Creative team to conceptualize, produce, and edit narrative-based videos such as corporate stories, testimonials, or product videos Work off a creative brief to understand video requirements such as voice, persona, and target audience and translate them into high-quality and engaging videos for presentations, events, social media and the corporate website Work directly with graphic designers to understand the desired brand look and feel Here's What You Need: Expert level of experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere. A strong portfolio showcasing skills in editing, motion graphics, storytelling, and sound design. Demo Reel and/or website required Basic understanding of camera equipment and filming techniques Proficient in the following programs, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and accurately set and meet deadlines. Ability to accept constructive feedback from multiple sources and make necessary adjustments. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of best practices for video content on various social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Team player with a sense of humor! Willing to work extended hours (nights/weekends possible) during key corporate events (~3x per year). Ability to travel up to 3x a year for conferences and/or companywide events Additional Skills: Degree in Film, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory Basic understanding of SEO principles as they apply to video content (e.g., keyword placement, tagging, descriptions). Ability to understand and align video content with a corporate brand identity and specific marketing campaign goals. Event production experience. B2B marketing experience. Experience managing photo or video shoots with professional lighting and sound. Photography experience. Experience using LottieFiles.
