Video Engineer III (Telehealth)
We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Telehealth Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and designing telehealth solutions, focusing on workflows and technology integration. This role requires a deep understanding of telehealth platforms, collaboration technologies, and core infrastructure. The Telehealth Engineer will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless implementation and operation of telehealth services. This role understands core infrastructure and technology platforms (Caregility, Zoom, Teams) as well as has a passion for clinical workflows. Our clinical teams and our patients rely on our telehealth edge devices for virtual nursing, observation, and engagement applications to enhance clinical insights, patient safety, and efficiency. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._ + Master’s in Science, Computer Science, Technology, Information Technology, Engineering or closely related field **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + 2 years recent relevant experience. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** + Proven knowledge of storage performance, data replication, storage area network (SAN) based backup, load balancing, storage virtualization methods, and SAN zoning and provisioning. + Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors. + Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, information services (IS) team members, management, and executive personnel/staff. + Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts. + Use basic English words and phrases to effectively and clearly organize and communicate thoughts and ideas. + Organize workflow to accomplish established objectives. + Prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner. + Work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction. + Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve a common goal or to gain better understanding of client needs. + Perform effectively in environments with frequent and fluctuating workload changes, competing demands, and frequent interruptions and/or distractions. **Job Shift:** Days **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift Hours:** 8 **Days of the Week:** Monday - Friday **Weekend Requirements:** As Needed **Benefits:** Yes **Unions:** No **Position Status:** Non-Exempt **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Employee Status:** Regular Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans. Pay Range is $53.59 to $80.39 / hour _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
