**How you’ll live your ambition:**
For our HQ in **Genoa** , we are looking for a **Video Maker** to join our **Creative Operations** team. In this role you will have the opportunity to impact revolutionary changes in customer acquisition, engagement and retention through a sophisticated omnichannel strategy and personalization approach.
Video content is a key part of Costa Cruises' marketing strategy. Our videos engage, entertain customers and inform them about our products. As a smart digital native, you will be responsible for editing footage shot by production teams according to project specifications, and creating videos for social media and events.
_Demonstrate your passion_
+ You will be involved in all aspects of video production (pre-production, production and post-production) including, but not limited to, planning, coordination, set-up, filming, editing, graphic effects and publishing on different touchpoints.
+ You will raise the bar and expectations for video marketing deliverables ensuring brand consistency from Agency of Records.
+ You will explore broad horizons by developing social media graphics and product images that are visually appealing and support Costa Cruises' marketing campaigns on various channels/touchpoints, e.g. website, social media, etc.
_Get things right_
+ You will have the opportunity to engage with all souls of the marketing team to create digital assets (short/long video format) that align with brand guidelines and enhance Costa Cruises' promotional messaging.
+ Teamwork improves our performance, and you will then be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and service providers as well as implement creative notes from third-party agencies, etc.
+ Your innate passion leads you to discover and interpret new trends in video marketing.
+ At your disposal, you will have repositories and collaboration tools (e.g. Digital Assets Manager) that will enable you to foster innovation through the adoption of new technologies (Gen AI).
**What makes you unique**
+ Your journey includes at least 3 years of previous experience as a video maker, video editor, video creator.
+ You departed obtaining a degree and/or master’s in Motion Graphics, Creative Visual Design, or related fields, or comparable experience.
+ Knowledge of advanced editing principles, understanding of video encoding formats and aspect ratios.
+ Video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, LumaFusion, Mojo, etc. hold no secrets for you.
+ Color correction and color grading using DaVinci Resolve (nice to have).
+ Ability to select relevant and impactful music tracks.
+ Experience in designing and coordinating storyboards.
+ Project management skills and attention to detail.
+ Your fluency in English knows no bounds, reflecting your action and openness to the world. Any additional language will be a plus.
+ You are recognized for strong storytelling and communication skills.
+ Excellence in teamwork comes naturally, contributing to and inspiring others to achieve creative solutions and appropriate products.
