About the Role & Program:

Safety is an organizational priority and an integral part of the 5 Keys. The Worldwide Safety & Health/Engineering/Sourcing(WSHES) Creative team is the department that inspires our Guests and over 100,000 Cast Members globally to make safe and balanced choices through stories, humor and creative solutions. We make safety, wellness and training come alive through innovative and engaging communications that include infographics, videos, multifaceted signage and storytelling.

What You Will Do:

Collaborate to produce videos and other digital work to support our various partners and improve our safety cultureMaintain and manage assets and media files to maintain organizational workflowPartner with clients and collaborators to develop creative solutions to meet their individual needsSupport of technical planning, development and production of materials for new trainingStay on top of trends and thinking of ways to create impactful content for Cast Members

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere ProProven ability to work creatively with various types of camerasProven ability to problem solve, think critically and manage multiple projects independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoshopBasic graphic design knowledgePrevious experience as a Disney Cast Member

Materials Required:

Education:

Junior or Senior year preferredMajor or previous coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, TV/AV Production, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related major

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorization

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.00 per hour.
