Video Producer
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Video Producer in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will be managing multiple video projects, from intake to completion, ensuring high-quality output within the set budget and timeline. Responsibilities: • Coordinating and managing intake of diverse video project requests • Securing suitable locations for shoots and coordinating contracts with vendors • Closely tracking and reporting on project status, processes, productions, and deliverables • Facilitating vendor scoping and contracting to ensure smooth operations • Overseeing video pre-production planning to set the stage for successful execution • Developing and maintaining a network of creative partners specialized in video production • Solving production and project workflow challenges in real-time • Anticipating client/partner needs and responding promptly to their requests • Assisting on-set to ensure creative vision is executed within project scope • Ensuring all projects are on track to meet milestones and completion dates. Requirements • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom. • Demonstrated experience in creating effective advertisements and commercials. • Skilled in animation, capable of bringing creative ideas to life. • Familiarity with broadcast production processes and protocol. • Expertise in color correction, ensuring visual consistency throughout all projects. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of video production workflows, from pre-production to post-production. • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content. • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve production challenges. • A strong creative eye, with a keen understanding of how to use visuals to tell a compelling story. • A portfolio demonstrating a range of video production skills, including work on advertisements and commercials.
