Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & ProductionEdit and refine video content for various marketing and social media platforms.Format and optimize videos for different screen sizes, aspect ratios, and distribution channels.Improve videos by incorporating motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and basic animations.Collaboration & WorkflowWork closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to ensure cohesive video production.Follow structured workflows to lead video assets efficiently and meet deadlines.Maintain organized file structures and versioning for video content.Quality Control & Brand ComplianceEnsure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and visual identity.Review and refine videos for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.Optimize video assets for web, social media, and internal platforms, ensuring high-quality playback.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media or Communications).Experience:
2-3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or post-production.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.Basic understanding of motion design, color correction, and sound editing.Experience working within brand guidelines and marketing-driven video production.Familiarity with video compression, formats, and optimization for various platforms.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and business teams.Proven ability to uphold positive team environments
