Job DescriptionSales and Business Development with existing customers:
• Reach or exceed sales targets by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and in existing business/verticals, focusing on large accounts and defining efficient ways of serving small accounts via tele sales or distributors (e.g. securing run-rate business through DI’s based on a relevant network of indirect SI’s)
• Sell according to the BU strategic priorities (e.g. NPI’s/Software), enable cross-BU selling
• Achieve NPI (New Product Introduction) targets by pushing new products into the market
• Develop, implement and follow-up on customer strategy for defined customer portfolio, securing pipeline on 3-4 times sales target levels
• Conduct regular customer visits and establish close relationship with customers
• Negotiate terms and conditions within authorization scheme for accounts in sales area
• Understand and clarify project requirements & discuss with Application Design, Pre-/Post-Sales Technical Support
• Execute basic design & quotation on projects
• Support cross-border, cross-BU opportunities but act in line with regulations might create limitations to the cross-border activities
New customer and new project acquisition:
• Actively search and successfully acquire business with new customers and projects in local district/ country cluster/ focus vertical
• Get in contact with new customers/ project contacts and involve relevant stakeholders to nurture leads down the pipeline
• Actively get involved in tender specification of large projects, drive specification of BT and convert these tenders into leads
• Ensure and achieve with large end-users and key influencers that BT is preferred supplier and that BT products are specified as preferred solution
• Develop, implement and follow-up on influencer development plan for defined local key influencers
Sales & General Admin:
• Insert customer related data such as account information, activities, opportunities regularly into CRM and make use of available CRM data and reports to follow-up; Make active use also of other specific sales IT tools (SAP, etc.)
• Timely inform supply chain on extraordinary demand (e.g. special sales actions, big projects) which is not covered by regular forecast
• Drive the end-to-end sales process
• Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Management or Engineering
• Experience in Video Systems & Security Industry
• At least 3+ year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and video systems business unit.
• Existing customer network is preferred
• Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
• Being a team member and creating good relationship with team.
• Fluent in Turkish & English
