Key Responsibilities:
Development & Planning
· Collaborate with marketing communications and social media teams to ensure video content aligns with the organization's communication strategies.
· Demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity by working respectfully in diverse cultural settings and ensuring that video content adheres to ethical storytelling practices.
· Provide technical guidance on developing and evaluating visual products, ensuring alignment with the organization's core values and brand guidelines.
· Plan video production timelines to ensure all deadlines are met, and projects are completed on schedule.
Resources, Acquisition & Management
Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for the organization's campaigns, website, social media channels, and fundraising activities.Campaign Videos: Create videos for fundraising campaigns, awareness initiatives, and advocacy efforts.Interviews: Conduct video interviews with beneficiaries, staff, and other stakeholders to capture authentic stories and testimonials.Field Documentation: Travel to local or international field locations to document programs, projects, and events in real-world settings.Impact Videos: Produce videos that showcase the tangible impact of donations and highlight the outcomes of projects funded by donors.Post-Production: Edit raw footage, incorporate graphics, voiceovers, music, and subtitles as needed, and finalize videos for various platforms.Social Media Content: Create short, engaging videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on outreach and audience engagement.Advocacy and Awareness: Develop persuasive video content that highlights critical issues, calls to action, and educates audiences on specific causes (e.g., climate change, children's rights, poverty alleviation).Testimonial Videos: Create compelling testimonial videos featuring beneficiaries, stakeholders, and experts to illustrate the impact of the organization's work.Public Influence: Produce videos designed to influence public opinion, policymakers, or potential donors, especially for campaigns requiring media outreach.Collaboration: Work proactively with the Marketing Communications Lead to develop creative video concepts and packaging that align with target market expectations and reflect the organization's identity.Emergency Response Videos: Develop video content for emergency response appeals and accountability materials.Capacity Building
Training and Workshops: Assist in video training for staff, local communities, or partners on creating impactful videos and effectively documenting stories.Collaborate with Local Teams: Work closely with local staff and partners to ensure that video content aligns with the local context and the organization’s priorities.Continuously Improve Production Capacity: Stay updated on current video production trends and enhance the organization’s ability to produce high-quality, relevant video content.Accountability & Quality Assurance
Manage Video Production Timelines: Oversee video production schedules, coordinate with other departments, and ensure all deliverables are timely.Archiving: Maintain a well-organized archive of video assets for future use in marketing campaigns, donor presentations, and reporting.Documentation: Prepare documentation of Wahana Visi Indonesia's significant events and key personalities to support information dissemination to internal and external stakeholders.Timely Production: Ensure the timely delivery of all videos with high-quality production standards.Brand Stewardship: Serve as a brand gatekeeper for audiovisual products, ensuring they align with organizational standards and values.Applicant Types Accepted:
