Description We are offering a long-term contract to hire employment opportunity for a talented Videographer in St. Paul Minnesota. The selected individual will play a crucial part in the team, focusing primarily on video production. This role invites someone who can take creative ideas and transform them into compelling visual content, with a willingness to contribute in editing as well. Responsibilities • Lead the entire video production process, ensuring high-quality output • Apply strong videography skills to create engaging and compelling content • Work extensively with Sony camera products, demonstrating comfort and expertise • Utilize knowledge of lighting systems to enhance the visual appeal of videos • Participate in editing processes to ensure the final product aligns with pitches and concepts • Showcase a strong eye for detail, particularly in creating captivating images • Exhibit proficiency in digital video editing • Contribute effectively to the production of commercials and broadcast content • Maintain a proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently Requirements + Must have at least 5+ years of experience in digital media production and broadcasting + Must be able to work a hybrid schedule 4 days a week onsite + Proficiency in broadcast production techniques and standards + Ability to create compelling commercials with a clear message + Knowledge of lighting systems for optimal video quality + Expertise in video editing software and techniques + Demonstrable video editing skills with a strong portfolio + Prior experience in videography and a deep understanding of its principles Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
