The Industrial Planning team is responsible for the strategic supply planning of internal and external finished good production, materials, gemstones, and diamonds.
The Industrial Planning, VIE will help develop and manage our Capacity utilization strategy between Internal Manufacturing and External supplier base to meet the Master Acquisition Plan, off-cycles, and New Product launches for the High Jewelry Category.This person will be responsible for short term and long-term capacity planning with a focus on High Jewelry.

Key Accountabilities:
Supplier Capacity Planning & Analysis
Help develop a more efficient process to manage and analyze firm High Jewelry requirements as needed based on the annual forecast and additional business needs. Identify and analyze long-term capacity High Jewelry constraints and reviews action plans. Analyze late deliveries, determine recovery plans, and resolve root cause of lateness. Manage the data integrity as it relates to production lead-times, production splits. Determines, implements, and maintains internal/external supplier splits to optimize capacity utilization and improve supply chain agility. Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional team members on supplier activity and issues. Identify opportunities to improve collaboration with product development, Strategic Sourcing, and European Sourcing teams on new product launches. Use technical expertise to advance process efficiencies within the department.Metrics and Analysis
Analyze current planning metrics while pursuing improvements and new metrics that incorporates High Jewelry with all other jewelry categories. Collaborate with other Analysts in the area to develop and align on monthly reporting, other ad-hoc reporting and to support other needs of the business. Assists in the preparation of updated Industrial Supply Review slides as part of the Integrated Business Planning Process.VIE Candidate will also have cross-functional collaboration with the following Industrial Teams:

Responsible for production and material planning activities to support the manufacturing of finished goods at all Tiffany & Co. internal manufacturing sites.Diamond and Gemstone Acquisition Planning
Responsible for planning diamonds and gemstones supply to support the needs of the business.Stone Operations
Responsible for the flow of stones through the grading supply chain, ultimately purchasing into Tiffany & Co. loose diamond inventory. The management of Tiffany loose diamond inventory and the associated distribution of such stones to the manufacturing network. There are 5 grading labs, 3 diamond and 2 gemstones.Required Qualifications:
