📢 We are looking for a new OEM Supply Chain Coordinator to support our EV growth. You will play a main role in coordinating supply and production activities between subcontractors, internal teams, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow throughout. You will also be link between all stakeholders involved in each unique project under demanding time constraints.

 🎯 The main role:

Lead and manage the project from Request for Information (RFI)/ prototyping activities to Start of Production (SOP) and coordinate programs in serial phase (depending on program). Act as the central point of contact for internal processes and customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate information flow while remaining focused on operational flows & costs. Track and manage (escalation where necessary) the impacts of changes related to costs, ensuring proactive resolution of issues. Leverage local knowledge of people and systems to streamline information flow and enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate and maintain a global overview of materials, ensuring visibility from supplier to customer. Proactively make suggestions and recommendations to improve the service offering to the customer. Provide comprehensive support during the Request for Information / Quotation (RFI, RFQ) phase and cost analysis. Supports in the creation of the master data in QAD creating new material, routings, and costings. Placing purchase orders in the QAD system and checking the customer portals. Oversee logistics activities, adjusting strategies based on volume and complexity. Undertake any other duties as may be required by your line manager or the management team, consistent with the scope of the job.
