As a HR data analyst, your mains missions will be as follows :
DRIVING LICENSE non mandatory for the position but a Company car is made available between 2 VIEs if you have a driving license (shared vehicle).

As a HR data analyst, your mains missions will be as follows :
Quality of Data
Ensure the reliability and quality of data related to compensation and benefits (analysis, data cleaning);Create, maintain, and publish KPIs to support strategic decision-making;Manage and optimize the tools used for monitoring and controlling HR data, such as Power BI;Interfaces and Communication
Serve as an interface between the C&B team and internal service providers (payroll, communication) as well as external benefits providers;Campaigns and Projects
Participate in the preparation and consolidation of results from various C&B campaigns (annual benefits enrollment campaign, annual local salary review, annual compensation campaign, performance share campaign...);Collaborate with the C&B team on various projects throughout the year;Continuous Improvement
Be a key player in the analysis and continuous improvement of existing HR processes;Contribute to the development of digital tools aimed at improving the overall performance of the C&B team;Support to subsidiaries
Provide support to other subsidiaries across the United States (EP, GRP, MS) in their daily tasks related to C&B statistics and data analysis as needed;A 12 month professional experience is mandatory to be granted the visa for an 18 month VIE mission
The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates. The affiliate will provide a shared accommodation.
