Missions

Providing global analysis of PPP / DBOM tender documents (technical, financial, legal, HR components)Understanding & updating competitive landscapeSupporting the project team by participating in multiple aspects of the bid/costing and modeling process, including but not limited to :

- Contractual Framework (SPV, EPC, O&M, etc.)
- Design & Build of required infrastructure to be delivered by Transdev & consortium partner(s) if any
- Financing & Specification & Procurement of private assets
- Operation and Maintenance (including KPIs)
- Draft of minutes of meeting, power point presentations, etc.
