Could you be the full-time VIE - Train Electrical Engineer in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and electrical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.

You'll contribute to the project management of our exciting projects DT6 Hamburg and S-Bahn Cologne, ensuring all electrical engineering deliverables are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including wiring, circuit diagram, and electromechanical design), manage KPIs, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of quality, cost, and delivery of Schematics (S&A) and Electrical Harness Integration (EHI) deliverables, but also support continuous improvement initiatives within the division.

We’ll look to you for:

Operational management support of the electrical project team

Meeting targets regarding Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD)

Preparing data for design and financial reviews

Project and baseline planning for Train Electrical Management

Management of requirements, risks, and opportunities

Leading and participating in team meetings

Weekly reporting on project status

Monitoring the electrical change management

Contributing to customer documentation

A technical or project management degree

Experience or understanding of railways electrical engineering (not mandatory)

Knowledge of structured project management practices

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Proficiency in English; German is a plus

Adaptability and eagerness to contribute to a team
