Villa Attendant - The Mansion - MGM Grand

THE JOB:

As a Villa Attendant at The Mansion, you will meticulously clean and maintain the villa spaces, playing a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience. With your warm smile and attentive service, you will make our guests feel truly welcome. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, crafting WOW moments that will leave a lasting impression long after their stay.


STARTING RATE: $23.355 an hour


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all residential areas, including but not limited to Mansion villas and corridors.

Ensure beds are impeccably made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.

Thoroughly clean floors by picking up pins and trash before vacuuming and ensure waste baskets are emptied.

Polish mirrors and shelves and arrange furniture in guest rooms to the Mansion’s high standards.

Deep clean bathrooms, scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls, shower doors, toilets, and tile floors with appropriate chemicals.

Replenish all amenities, such as trays, soaps, and tissues, to maintain a luxurious guest experience.

Assist Mansion guests with lounge chairs and towels, ensuring their comfort.

Promptly fulfill any guest requests through coordination with other Mansion staff, including the Director of Villa Services, Managers, Concierge, and Butlers.

Report any unusual conditions of furniture, fixtures, or equipment in rooms that require repair.

Always maintain cleanliness of the pool deck area.

Deliver requested items, such as pillows, towels, cribs, etc., to Mansion villas, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Preform other job-duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

High school diploma, or equivalent.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has at least 6 months of experience as a Guest Room Attendant or in Housekeeping.

Possesses previous experience working in a luxury environment, such as a high-end hotel or resort.

Is bilingual, able to effectively communicate in English and another language.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Exhibits strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
