Villa Manager position based in beautiful Tuscany - Live out, we can only consider candidates currently living within 1hr of Camaiore 

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys has a wonderful opportunity for someone to step into their first Private Household position. This 8 bedroom full time residence is based in Camaiore, not far from Lucca in Tuscany, Italy. 

Duties

Assist and supervise 2 full time staff (1 Housekeeper & 1 Handyperson) 

Manage renovations 

Manage 3rd party vendors 

Assist with family member based nearby (ad-hoc) 

Driving errands 

Manage household bills, Maintenance, Pool Maintenance & repairs

Assist with events, travel and very basic PA duties

Be the main contact for the property 

Be a go-between for the family and the local community 

To be considered 

Previously worked in a Management role, either for a Hotel, Resort, Holiday Home or Villa

Must be fluent (no exceptions) in Italian & English 

Must be a driver

Must be located within 1hr of Camaiore 

Must be able to provide references that can be verbally verified, ideally with a background check 

Be available to start within a reasonable time frame

Must be flexible and happy and willing to assist other staff 

Must have a valid in date EU passport or Italian Work Permit
