Makes himself/herself present on the floor and in constant communication between butlers-other departments. Ensures cleanliness- tidiness of the guest’s villas, corridors, back of house. Villa Supervisor coordinates that extremely personalized service is being extended from the Villa Butlers to every single guest. Maintains high level of organization and management within the department. Our first impression on guests is often the significant one. Professional Knowledge + Helps and assists all the guests in a friendly and educated manner. + Shows amazing skills in anticipating guest’s needs and unrivalled attention to details. + Conducts daily briefings with his/her team. + Takes care of Villa assignment, optimizing Villa inventory and Guest requests-preferences. + Supervises and monitors the daily Butler service operation and activities to ensure proper standards and products are delivered with the Bulgari service standards. + Coordinates with Villa Manager to contact guests on a daily basis to ensure complete satisfaction. + Ensures uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace through own responsibility. + Manages any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest’s satisfaction and recording it. + Makes Villa Manager aware of every complain that erases within the villas after handling and resolving. + Makes sure Butlers inspect all villas prior to guests’ arrival to ensure all preferences are met and amenities are in place and in good condition. + Builds a thorough rapport with guests and maintains interaction in order to facilitate guest recognition, obtains specific individual needs, likes, and dislikes in order to maintain guest history files. + Ensures that Bulgari Brand Standards and Signature Services are followed. + Ensures a proper use of the telephone etiquette as per Forbes-LQA standards. + Ensures all expected arrival Villas are checked and in order according to Bulgari standards and guest’s preferences. + Promote and cross-sell all outlets within the resort. + Abide by all policies and procedures as provided in the butler services SOP manual as well as the hotel & company policies and procedures at all times. + Have working knowledge of the hotel operating system (OPERA) and point of sale (Micros). + Have full understanding & knowledge of all villa services, amenities, functions & systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
