You will

Coordinate all the activities of a Luxury space (Villas or apartments Private chalets)Manage a team of 20 to 80 peopleRepresent the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams.Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection AreaBe a source of proposals to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection.Manage the economic results of the serviceEnsure the implementation, monitoring and control of standards and local legislationEnsure top-of-the-line service and customer relations, ensure ongoing resident satisfactionUnite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and accompany them in their development Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructures of the Resort
