What you need to know about this position:
The Commercial Advisor will be responsible for commercial management in the Villavicencio. The position requires a Experience in the area, managing the traditional channel and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers.
Meet sell-in and sell-out goals: Ensure compliance with monthly sales budget.Execute defined sales strategies for the area, including point-of-sale management, development of promotions and creation of new business opportunities.Develop and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Monitor market and competitive performance, identifying growth opportunities and adjusting sales strategies as needed.Manage and strengthen relationships with traditional channel distributors and wholesalers, ensuring efficient product coverage and distribution.What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications:
Professional in commercial areas, administration or similar careers.Job specific requirements:
2 years of experience in commercial areas.Experience in the Villavicencio area and knowledge of the border with Brazil and Venezuela.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.No Relocation support available
