About the role
We are looking to hire a Vineyard Operator to join our Padthaway Vineyards team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing premium fruit.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking Engage in hands-on vineyard work to ensure the highest quality standardsAbout you
You are a hard working and enthusiastic person, who enjoys working as part of a team, as well as working autonomously.
You will also have the following:
A no job is too small attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication skills Previous experience working in viticulture or agriculture is highly advantageous but not mandatory Strong written and verbal communication skills
