Vintage Steakhouse Manager
Overview We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the Vintage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise and lead a team of servers, Bartenders, and support staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, fostering a positive work environment. Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and uphold service standards. Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized dining environment that exceeds guest expectations. Work closely with the kitchen team to guarantee food quality and presentation meets the restaurant’s high standards. Operations & Financial Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. Monitor and maintain labor costs, food costs, and operational budgets to meet or exceed financial goals. Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, following all local health and safety standards. Uphold high standards of quality control in both food and beverage offerings, consistently delivering premium steakhouse experiences. Marketing & Promotions: Assist in creating and executing promotional strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, seasonal menu items, and seasonal offers. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a steakhouse or fine dining environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and staff. A passion for food, wine, and providing a memorable dining experience. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Education and Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry. Employment start date is April 7th
