Violations Review Specialist Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Violations Review Specialist to join our team. This role involves reviewing red light and intersection camera violations, ensuring accurate data entry, and managing work emails daily. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify license plates and vehicle states from photos and videos. Responsibilities + Review photos and videos from red light and intersection cameras. + Evaluate 2 still photos and 1 video (14-17 seconds) to determine if a violation occurred. + Identify and read license plates, determining the state of origin. + Manage and respond to emails in the work inbox daily. + Perform heavy data entry tasks daily. + Utilize dual monitors for efficient workflow. + Meet daily metrics of 1,350 reviews and 160 approvals. Qualifications: + Data entry experience (6 months+). + Proficiency with computer skills, including Word and Outlook. + Office and clerical experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
