Violations Specialist
Job Title: Violations Specialist - Admin Job Description Process incoming violation notices and make payments according to lessee/violation authority requirements & operating system process. Ensure accurate and complete entry of data and violation comments. Bill clients and assemble paperwork to forward violations to drivers, client or toll provider per client profile and system instructions. Investigate and respond to driver/client inquiries regarding the Violations product, process, payment application, and registration issues stemming from a violation. Research jurisdictional changes that could impact the Violations product and process. Responsibilities + Process violations per the department process. + Ensure accurate and complete entry of data and violation comments. + Bill clients and assemble paperwork to forward violations to drivers, clients, or toll providers per client profile and system instructions. + Investigate and respond to driver/client inquiries regarding the Violations product, process, payment application, and registration issues stemming from a violation. + Process daily mail and scan or distribute according to violation type and department. + Research, interpret, and respond to all client requests and assigned Sales Force cases within department SLA. + Research jurisdictional changes that could impact the Violations product and process. + Assist with processing violations for Toll Management. + Work with Compliance services to complete or correct any inaccurate or missing license plate information. + Process single or multiple plate violations and bulk import violations. + Work with department specialists on questions or when needing assistance. + Follow-up on unfinished work to completion. + Identify any violations or events which do not follow the existing process or where a client may be negatively impacted and escalate to supervisor for guidance. + Assist department and company in meeting and exceeding client expectations. + Assist with the creation of SOPs to document existing processes. Essential Skills + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. + 1+ years of previous office experience. + Proficiency in data entry, customer service, Microsoft Office, clerical tasks, order entry, data management, and administrative assistance. + Excellent prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail. + Good written and verbal communications. + Problem-solving skills. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Self-starter attitude. + Ability to work well in a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Use of SalesForce is a plus. + Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Access. + Customer support experience. + Typing skills. + Administrative support. + Inventory management. Work Environment This is a hybrid position with remote work on Monday and Friday. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is based in a corporate office environment in Alpharetta, with a business professional dress code. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow, with supportive leads who will teach the process. There is potential for extension of the contract based on performance, and the company tends to retain good employees by moving them into other groups or considering permanent hires.
