Our client, a well-known authentic Brazilian gambling operator, is on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on VIP Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for structuring and leading the VIP segment, developing strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the client experience. This role involves building and managing a team, tailoring the VIP product to client needs on a proprietary platform, and shaping the business roadmap while driving engagement, retention, and long-term growth in the high-value customer segment.

Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Actively identify and acquire new VIP clients through qualified prospecting and networking. Develop and execute strategies to grow the VIP client portfolio. Proactively manage your VIP client portfolio, providing personalized service and building deep relationships by understanding their needs and gaming profiles. Create and implement engagement and retention strategies for VIP clients. Design incentive strategies, offers, promotions, and exclusive experiences for the VIP segment. Continuously propose customized solutions to expand accounts and improve LTV metrics. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to offer personalized experiences, collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to improve the platform. Actively monitor portfolio performance indicators: betting volume, retention rates, ARPPU, LTV, etc. Prepare periodic performance and portfolio development reports. Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and company policies.


Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a VIP Account Manager in the betting industry. A track record of success in acquiring and developing relationships with premium clients. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Solid knowledge of the sports betting and online casino market. Experience in negotiation and consultative sales Availability to work flexible hours.
