VIP Automotive Sales Leader

Introduction:

HGreg.com is currently searching for a self-driven, organized, and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a VIP Automotive Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers who have visited our dealership and not purchased a vehicle. The goal will be to bring them back into the dealership to finalize a sale. 


Key Responsibilities:

Complete 50+ post-visit calls, texts and emails daily to customers who have visited the dealership and not purchased a vehicle

Schedule be-back visits and document in HGreg’s CRM tool (DealerSocket) to effectively track all customer interactions

Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner

Utilize HGreg’s Sales Process when interacting with customers

Share HGreg’s Concept Statement and educate all customers on our Core Values

Take customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicle’s operating features

Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month

Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Management

Turn 100% of closed deals to finance, along with properly completed paperwork 

Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery

Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork


Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Previous automotive sales and/or BDC experience 

Strong proficiency in automotive CRM usage (DealerSocket preferred) 

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and proactive

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders


Compensation

This is a full-time position and the anticipated yearly income is between $75-125,000+/yr depending on success, plus benefits including Medical, Dental and 401K.
