What you will be doing
You will use insightful tools to understand VIP member behaviours, preferences, and trends to guide strategic actionsDevelop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for VIP members, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies accordinglyUse a data-driven approach to maintain and enhance relationships with VIP customers, ensuring personalized and memorable experiencesCoordinate daily tasks and projects within the VIP department, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies and goalsCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement VIP promotional offers, informed by market analysis and customer insightsProvide regular reports to VIP senior stakeholders, offering insights into portfolio performance, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for improvementStay abreast of industry trends and market strategies, leveraging this knowledge to recommend innovative approaches to VIP engagement and retention
