The VIP Experience Specialist will guide customers through a first-hand, one-of-a-kind, experience of our brand, products, innovations and manufacturing capabilities. They will be responsible for planning, hosting and delivering creative, unforgettable experiences promoting Pella. This includes coordinating trip logistics before, during and after events, venue selection, vendor relationships and contracts, attendee management and requests, collateral, amenities, budget adherence, onsite facilitation, support and follow-up. This position will facilitate experiences from our luxury VIP Showroom at the Pella, IA, corporate location.  This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

A successful VIP Experience Specialist will be outgoing, energetic, empathetic and enjoy engaging with a diverse range of people. They should have a positive demeanor and enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and affinity for Pella. They should have excellent presentation, communication and effective collaboration skills.  While the responsibilities may vary slightly, the position will include varying levels of three primary focus areas: Customer Experience, Product/Technical Knowledge and Daily Operations/Event Management.
