THE JOB:

It is primary responsibility of the VIP Lounge Runner at Bellagio to run various types of errands for the VIP/Villa departments and it's guests. 

THE STARTING PAY: $17.04

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Run various types of errands for VIP and Villa guests including picking up show tickets from other properties and  personal shopping for guestsAssist penthouse guest with curbside check-in and escort to the VIP ElevatorsCoordinate with housekeeping to ensure daily arrival rooms are cleanedProactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfactionSuggest activities and book reservations as it pertains to guest entertainment, dining, and other servicesAssist VIP casino and hotel guest reservations with hotel registration, check out, and concierge requestsBe familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accuratelyOwn all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfactionRestock VIP Lounge amenitiesAnswer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.1+ Years of Prior Relevant guest service experience.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Multilingual.Valid Nevada Driver's License with a clean driving record.
