VIP Lounge Representative - Mandalay Bay/Delano

THE JOB:  

As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will be the embodiment of luxury and hospitality, setting the stage for an unparalleled guest experience. Your welcoming smile and attentive service will greet our esteemed guests as they enter our exclusive VIP lounge. By understanding and anticipating their unique stories and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable.

  

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

Guest Services: Answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify the delivery of special requests and amenities.

Efficient Check-In/Out: Ensure a seamless VIP check-in and check-out process, fostering a positive relationship between the property and the guest.

Billing and Transactions: Resolve guest bills in coordination with casino hosts for additional services, ensuring correct charges, collecting payments, and handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.

Lounge Operations: Open the VIP lounge daily by running VIPR reports for limo arrival and departure information, assigning rooms for VIP arrivals, and maintaining lounge standards.

Daily Closing Procedures: Close the VIP lounge by ensuring guest rooms are assigned, amenities are sent, keys are prepared for the front desk, next-day arrival reports run, phones are forwarded, and the lounge is locked.

STARTING PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:  On-Call

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

Previous experience in hospitality, Guest Services, Front Desk, or Concierge preferably in a luxury or VIP setting

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences to handle guest service recovery

Exceptional organizational abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling guest requests, complaints and financial transactions
