This dynamic position involves not only selling but also supporting our internal and external sales representatives. As a sales specialist, you will be tasked with coaching, delivering product training, and offering sales assistance to our dedicated sales force. Additionally, you will engage in regular customer outreach, both to existing and potential clients, directly influencing and expediting the sales cycle. Furthermore, you will be at the forefront of leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the areas of AI, robotic process automation, and predictive print capability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Production Print Industry and make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving field. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** : + Accelerating Sales Cycles and Fostering Innovation:Own production sales cycles from start to finish, fostering innovation throughout. + Empowering Sales Representatives and Driving Digital Transformation: Collaborate with agency sales reps and Digital Transformation Partners to identify and seize production and software opportunities using innovative tools. + Strategically Managing Portfolios and Market Dynamics:Manage the production product portfolio strategically through needs assessments and a deep understanding of market dynamics. + Pioneering Digital Transformation: Actively support Xerox Managed Print Services opportunities, contributing to workplace digital transformation efforts. + Championing Marketing Initiatives: Lead the deployment and oversight of key marketing initiatives to enhance market presence. + Engaging Territories and Collaborative Teamwork: Independently engage customers within your assigned territory and collaborate closely with field reps. Contribute to team efforts, including strategic opportunity management and proposal responses. + Strategizing for Customer Retention and Growth: Establish Strategic Marketing Plans with supported teams and actively participate in business management and reviews. Develop and implement tools and programs to maximize customer retention and satisfaction. + Equipping Sales Representatives with Comprehensive Knowledge: Enable sales representatives with comprehensive knowledge of competition, applications, and Xerox products through effective tools and training. + Collaborative Support and Resource Alignment:Collaborate with support teams and business partners throughout the sales cycle, leveraging Xerox and print industry resources. Align and utilize field resources, to drive revenue growth. + Exemplifying Subject Matter Expertise and Key Sales Activities: Serve as a subject matter resource for Sales Reps, providing guidance on product-related inquiries, customer objectives, proposals, and tactical actions for solution growth.
