Role and Opportunity

As an Virtual Sales Closer, you are also referred to as Appointment Setter-Lead Activator, you will:

Provide fast response – Ensure leads are contacted within 5 minutes of acquisition, keeping momentum and engagement high. Qualify leads- Efficiently filter leads to pass only high-quality prospects to the sales team, improving conversion rates. Set appointments – Focus on booking appointments with qualified leads, allowing the sales team to concentrate on closing deals. Manage the pipeline – Ensure the diary is full, promptly rescheduling any canceled appointments to maximise conversion opportunities.

Your daily tasks will include:

Contact leads within 5 minutes of acquisition to ensure fast follow-up and keep prospects engaged. Qualify leads and ensure high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team. Book appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and promptly rescheduling any cancellations. Manage the sales pipeline, ensure every opportunity is maximized, and cancellations are rescheduled immediately. Conduct proactive follow-up with warm leads, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks. Work directly within client CRMS or GHL accounts to seamlessly integrate lead management processes. Review daily performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, ensuring a focus on results-driven success.
