The Virtual Sales Representative - CASE is responsible for meeting monthly sales goals by engaging with prospective customers through cold and warm calling and in person visits of prospective customers. Position will require to establish relationship, present value proposition at new customers.
What you´ll do:
Implement sales calls via in person, phone, email or video chat with potential customers. Establish relationship through consistent engagement and follow up will be vital to develop and build sales opportunities and drive to close. Identify challenges and propose solutions using Univar’s Value proposition and robust supplier product offerings. Develop and lead sales opportunities using Salesforce.com. Ability to negotiate pricing using knowledge of the competitive landscape to earn business. Close new business/product offerings to meet or exceed monthly sales quota. Facilitate the transfer of accounts to account managers based on customer needs and Univar's Channel strategy. Transfer relevant information for long-term customer happiness and contentment. Perform other related duties
What you´ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment. CASE experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong, successful business relationships with customers as well as internal teammates. Well-honed listening and a problem-solving skills to uncover needs and motivations to overcome objections in order provide the services and/or products that best fit the customer’s needs. Effective negotiation skills that allow Univar Solutions to realize appropriate value for products and services, while building commitment and trust with the customer. Excellent digital literacy including Microsoft Suite as well as CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com

Pay & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is USD 64,800 - 97,200. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate’s proven experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and paid time off.
