The Virtual tech is responsible for conducting virtual store visits across the company to ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.

What You Need:

High School Diploma 0-2 years of retail operations experience

What You’ll Do:

Schedule, facilitate and manage Virtual Visits across the company.Organize data received from each visit utilizing OneDriveFollow up with incomplete visits to follow through to the completionManage results of Virtual Visits inside OneDriveCreate reporting for each store with information gathered from. Manage scoring and reporting for Virtual Visits each visit

Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance High level of energy Above average computer skills Proficient in Excel, ZOOM, OneDrive, and Outlook Excellent organizational skills

*This is a non-exempt role, paid an hourlywage.
