Join our energetic Optical Sales team as a Vision Services Representative, where you'll be first point of contact for shaping exceptional partnerships! As the key contact for all contract-related inquiries, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strategic retail relationships between EssilorLuxottica and our valued business-to-business partners. This role is all about seizing opportunities—identifying, analyzing, and driving growth—while ensuring our partners enjoy world-class customer experiences that set the global standard

 

Requirements for Success

Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for all incoming inquiries Enhance client relationships through outstanding servicing, details project reviews and managing expectations Engage with relevant Stakeholders to gather information on process, performance and execution to drive continuous improvement Using SAP to maintain pricelists and item code creations Resolve Point of Sale support concerning Third Party Contracts Manage all enquiries or customer escalations received regarding Third Party Contracts in a timely manner via phone or email  Assist and provide infomation to our Accounts team with resolution queries  Update & maintain our current processes for our Third-Party accounts whilst identifying opportunities for automated solutions

 

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within a Customer Service position  Strong communicator; both verbal and written Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment Project management and strong organisational skills Previous experience using Microsoft Office & SAP Accounting operations advantageous Optical background highly desirable however we can provide training
