Responsibilities include: + Answer phones, assist patients/referral sources with inquiries. + Verify insurance information for accurate billing. + Enter data into Epic system with precision. + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations. + Collaborate with healthcare professionals for streamlined communication. + Troubleshoot and resolve data entry and insurance verification issues. + Provide administrative support for smooth operations.
